Anthony LoConte, CPM - President
The staff at Westfair follows the example set by their President, Anthony LoConte. Mr. LoConte has spent the past 18 years working in real estate brokerage and management in the the New York metropolitan region, including Westchester, the Bronx, Rockland and Fairfield Counties. Anthony
has worked for several major management firms prior to the founding of his own company, Westfair Management. Anthony’s real estate experience includes; the construction, marketing and sales of million dollar homes, the leasing of commercial space, the acquisition of development sites, the supervision of major construction projects, and of course the management and operation of Investment Properties, Rental, Office, Condominium and Cooperative complexes.
Anthony is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State and Licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Connecticut. He is also a member of the Builder’s Institute and its Apartment Owner’s Advisory Council. Anthony is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM). He is also a life long resident of Westchester County.
